Jake Mitrovic, CMA
Founder of Pinnacle Accounting, Jake Mitrovic is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Enrolled Agent (EA), and Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor who brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business advisory to his clients.
Prior to opening Pinnacle Accounting, Jake worked over 15 years for a privately held company as Controller/CFO and was an integral part of the company's leadership team. He has gained the kind of experience that can only come from wearing many different hats in a highly entrepreneurial organization. He reported directly to the owners and dealt with the many issues which today's small and midsized business owners are confronting including employees, budgets, deadlines, profitability, cash flow, taxation, and business intelligence.
Jake lives in Avon with his wife, Verica, and two children who are keeping him busy when he's not in the office. In spare time, Jake enjoys traveling, practicing martial arts, and following local Cleveland teams.

Sladana Andric, CPA
Sladana Andric is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), and Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has been an accounting manager at Pinnacle Accounting since January 2021, bringing in over 15 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and consulting gained while working for a few local accounting firms. In her current role, she helps small and medium size businesses and individual clients with a wide range of accounting, taxation, consulting, tax planning, and QuickBooks issues. Sladana’s experience includes service industries, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale businesses. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
